Japanese Forest Grass (Hakonechloa macra)

This shade loving grass grows into cascading mounds of vibrant green. Great for adding texture and colour, using in mass plantings, or containers. 

Care and details:

• Deer resistant
• Plant in moist soil.
• Part-shade to full shade, water regularly.
• Grows 30cm-60cm (1-2ft) tall
• In late winter, cut clumps to the ground
